An enjoyable store visit this weekend (October 23) The homeware and jewellery are the most affordable options. I don’t find that the clothing is worth the prices but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying visiting the store. The display of all items is usually gorgeous and easy to look through. I’ll be back!

My first visit to the Edinburgh store and I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for the staff. It was a really busy day, but Lauren still took the time to walk me through click and collect service. Her patience was a ray of sunshine on a difficult day - thank you. Special mention too to her colleague in a cowboy hat - if there are prizes for customer service, then these two get my vote. Thank you!

This is my favourite shop in Edinburgh, I have to say. The design of the shop is changed quite often and that makes you want to go again and again to see what is new. I love the fact they are so creative and they also have nice workshops or competitions going on. Their cups and plates are so unique and quirky. Of course I had to buy some. If you are in need of some inspiration I would recommend paying them a visit- either if it is for interior design, clothes or accessories. I can’t wait to go again!

The male manager in there today was extremely helpful with a refund of an online order which did not go through correctly. Said hello as soon as I walked into store and apologised profusely for my wait while he called for help, then searched tills for receipt. Refund completed and an excellent retail experience that should be called out. Other stores would do well to follow this example. Thankyou 🙏

I brought four beautiful mugs from here. They were wrapped beautifully, sadly on our way home down south the handle of the bag gave way and they fell to the floor. Three of the mugs broke, I was gutted as they were so unusual. I rang the store and was put onto the senior store manager Mark. I explained my situation and after sending him a photo of my receipt and broken mugs he very kindly sent me replacements to my home address. Such fantastic customer service from Mark. I will definitely be visiting the store and their online shop in the future. What an amazing store and company

As a man I hate being in this store, but I have to acknowledge that when I've been in with my partner or returning to get her a gift: the service has been quick, efficient, polite, and they even offer gift wrapping for all their products - for free!

Sickly sweet & extremely strong vanilla/cinnamon scent throughout the whole store. It gave me a headache after 5mins… I was looking forward to my first visit after 3 years but i was a bit underwhelmed. The homewear is nice but the clothes feel a bit dated + are extremely overpriced. A plain cotton top was „on sale“ for 45£. Friendly staff though. I feel sorry for them having to inhale so much fragrance all day.

This is my favourite shop, it never disapoints you can always find something you just have to have, I'm tall and I can never find trousers long enough, this place is perect. Also for unique gifts, nice jewellery, books, hair accessories just all sorts of delightful things you can't live without.
